1. SOCIAL MEDIA HANDLER
Best Western Premier Garden Hotel, Entebbe is seeking a creative, tech-savvy, and highly organized Social Media Handler to manage and grow the hotel’s online presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
This role involves planning, creating, scheduling, and posting engaging content that reflects our brand identity and showcases all our facilities — from rooms and suites to the restaurant, poolside, gym, spa, swimming pool, and kids’ playground.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop & implement a monthly content calendar aligned with hotel marketing strategy.
- Create high-quality photos, videos, reels, stories & graphics featuring:
– Rooms & Suites (comfort & amenities)
– Restaurant & Chef Specials
– Poolside Activities & Events
– Gym & Spa Wellness Experiences
– Swimming Pool & Kids’ Playground - Capture live content during events & promotions.
- Manage daily operations on all platforms, respond to comments/messages, and engage followers.
- Use platform tools (Stories, Reels, Lives, Polls, Hashtags) to maximize reach.
- Collaborate with influencers, travel bloggers & partners for campaigns.
- Run targeted ads to drive bookings & awareness.
- Track & analyze performance, reporting on engagement, reach & conversions.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communication, Hospitality, or related field.
- 2+ years managing professional social media accounts (hospitality/tourism preferred).
- Proficiency in social media tools, photography, videography & editing.
- Knowledge of SEO & digital advertising.
- Creative, detail-oriented, strong communicator, able to meet deadlines.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends & holidays when needed.
KPIs:
Growth in followers, engagement rate, traffic to booking channels, consistent content output, and positive audience feedback.

2. WAITRESSES

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet guests warmly and provide personalized dining service.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and recommend specials.
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold our high service standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A positive, friendly attitude and professional demeanor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in food and beverage service is preferred but not mandatory.
3. DRIVERS
Do you have a proven track record of safe and professional driving? Our drivers play a crucial role in ensuring seamless transport for our guests and staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Transport guests and staff safely and punctually.
- Maintain and inspect hotel vehicles to ensure top condition.
- Exhibit professionalism, courtesy, and discretion at all times.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 5 years of professional driving experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations.
- Strong customer service orientation and dependability.
